There are several treatment that you can get to achieve better eyeshape but the best is canthopexy. Canthopexy do not cut the lower eyelid, canthopexy fix a slighlty scleral show, lift and stretches an lower eyelid and an eye. If you want to get almond eye or fox eye canthopexy is the best way. For example: Taban talk about negative vector and orbital decompression surgery for peoples who have bulging eye but his work are overrated and ugly, literally ugly. If you get canthopexy and temporal/ cheek lift you will release the vertical tension on lower eyelid trought to the lift and can achieve permanent result, the lower eyelid will not pull down again. Canthoplasty cut a lower eyelid and make an eye smaller, lower eyelid retraction is needed only when you have something about 2-3mm of scleral show but most poeples do not have this condition. Taban works are too espensive, i talk with him trought email and he ask me 30k dollars for something that is useless, beacuse i'v seen on internet and speaking with other doctors that show me results that are too better than taban's work and very very less espensive. This summer i will get tempoarl lift with cheek lift and canthopexy to make better my eye shape. Midface lift with vertical or temporal vector + canthopexy is usually performed to peoples with negative vector to make almond eye, but this sugeon could cost 10k at max, Taban works, for example, are 15-20k. He works only at beverly hills because he is interested only to make money. His 80% works are pure shit. I will show you some "before and after" 7-8 months pics when usually the result is stable and permanent. Both eyes was bulging and with 1-2mm of scleral show.

If you get canthopexy with temporal/cheek lift the result will be permanent however there are several kind of canthopexy.

No i will go to another one, an expert oculoplastic surgeon. However Pascali is too god. Did yuo ever seen some Taban works that is good like the Pascali's work that i showed you before? No.

Of couse, Canthoplasty do not get almdon eye, canthoplasty clos an eye and make him smaller, the right procedure is cathopexy possibly with temporal/malar (cheek) lift. The "problem" is that Taban or surgeon like him are interested to money so get surgery that are too espensive.

Negative vector is overrated, you can see many poeple with negative vector but not scleral show and nautarl almond eyte. It's because the do not have shallow orbit, however Taban to fix him (negative vector) make orbital decompression surgery and infraorbital rim implants that are SUPER EXPENSIVE (only this two 15k) when a singolar cheek lift is better.

The second pic looks incredibly uncanny. Most results ive seen from canthopexy look fake and weird tbh. First pic had a good result.

Second pic is the result of endoscopic temporal lift and canthopexy. Beautiful surgery and permanent. But also first pic is too good, when there is the girl with green eyes.

1st one had no need for canthopexy and the after does look uncanny. 2nd and 3rd do look good but there also seem to be plenty of results that look like this:

This looks very uncanny. Now, I'm not sure if that's what she actually wanted or if she's just botched. Pic is from Michele Pascali's website btw.

What I'd want to see is more before/afters of Canthopexy + medium face lift on guys. It seems that on guys, the canthopexy has to be much more conservative since it's very easy to get botched.

Ultimately it goes down to what's better between infraorbitals with saddle vs canthopexy + medium face lift + fat grafting.

Canthoplasty also can be done with cheek pull. It is in fact the technique the Steinsapir and Eppley both use drilled into place using an infraorbital implant along with hard palate mucous membrane inserted behind the eyelid.

Actually Taban himself has stated many times that canthoplasty alone does not make an almond eye. And that it requires many more procedures other than canthoplasty (orbital decompression, lower lid retraction surgery, orbital implants, etc.) especially if the lower lid already sits too low.
