i want to get better canthal tilt, people on google are saying dont get canthoplasty bc its for people 30+, and then people say get canthoplasty, someone please help, and tell me which one will work

I have heard people say different things, some saying that you should only get canthopexy if your issue is scleral show and not if you want a true radical canthal tilt change. I have no idea, people say all kinds of things about it. I need to speak to some surgeons about it.
