i want to get better canthal tilt, people on google are saying dont get canthoplasty bc its for people 30+, and then people say get canthoplasty, someone please help, and tell me which one will work

It depends on how bad is your eye area if you have a good eye area with a negative canthal tilt and canthopexy can fix it

if your tilt is negative you need a canthoplasty but it rarely looks good

if your tilt is neutral-slightly negative and the lower lid laxity is droopy then you can do a canthopexy to tighten it up

Apparently you can do a physical test to see if canthopexy is good solution or not. But i wouldnt generally get canthoplasty
