Canthoplasties

There a lot of canthoplasty surgeries, canthopexy bone drilled, lateral canthoplasty etc. is there any guide which “Plasty” is best to which problem? I want to increase canthal tilt and maybe (it has lesser importance) 2-3mm of pfl. To put in other words I want to achieve permanent look of grabbing my outer canthalt tilt and put in few mms higher.
