where do i even start, i cant stop eating carbs

i try to, i can go low carb for like 3 or 4 days, but after that, no way i just binge on 300 grams or more of sugar and go back to something that doesent really make me feel great, but only in the moment
Carbs should only be used to increase performance really, rather focus on protein and fats. One thing that helped me when binging was just spitting out the food. You get to taste everything for no additional calories. Mark as solution. :what:
Try to limit your carb intake to before the gym and if you really want to eat carbs just do it in the evening as that will limit the time window where it could create more cravings.

everytime you eat carbs force yourself to vomit. You will be traumatized by it and eventually associate carbs with pain. This is unironically what I did years back to quit eating carbs

last time i vomited was 1 year ago when i was in turkey eating some low quality cooked salmon and veggies, i was sick for 3 days, wouldnt eat anything and i hate vomiting, maybe im a pussy for this but forcing myself to vomit i could only do in a real acute emergency

Yes. Laxatives and diabulimia are better options, although laxatives cause horrible gut issues. Just go on ozempic

Only because retarded young women don't understand that you can neutralize the acid prior to vomiting. I would always drink a mixture of baking soda and water beforehand so as to prevent fucking up my teeth and inflaming my face.

Depends on the type of laxative. Osmotic laxatives like magnesium citrate will not cause any long term issues at all. You just want to avoid stimulant laxatives.

glad I could help! seriously though, make sure you take enough baking soda and water beforehand. It is the difference between slight discomfort and serious side effects.

Ozempic face = weight loss Face. If you lose weight quickly you will simply develop that kind of face. Whether using GLP-1 or not. Drugs like ozempic (Semaglutide) and monjarno (Tirzepatide) are exactly whT you are looking for. Their mechanism of action is simply by decreasing your hunger. It will essentially give you complete control over your eating. If your cravings and binging are not gone using normal glp-1s like ozempix(Semaglutide) and tirzepatide you can use retatrutide or whatever

Tbh I would literally just throw like a tablespoon in there and drink some water, but that isn't very scientific.

In balancing the equation for hydrochloric acid and baking soda, we need one molecule of baking soda for every one molecule of hydrochloric acid.

The stomach typically has 100 ml of 0.5moles/liter so 0.1 * 0.5 = 0.05 moles of hydrochloric acid
one gram of baking soda has about 0.01 moles
so take 5 grams of baking soda
