So I tried an experiment where I debloated fully and made one simple change. 2 carbonated bottles of water for one day.
The next day I noticed my face slightly more bloated despite no change in diet. (Don’t worry I did this test in the afternoons as to avoid morning bloats or whatever else.)

I tried this test again with ICE soda drinks which have 5 calories no sugar (all artificial sweeteners) and I had the same results.

So from now on I’ll avoid carbonated drinks when possible

The first test was, second test was with the sodas
that's unfortunate, as I quite like carbonated water with sodastream for making me feel full if I wanna snack or eat more, I'll test it too myself. But currently testing if raw casein protein powder causes bloat (need the long amino-acid drip for stable sleep at low bf %).

Anyways I'll test it too myself, once at a clean slate of debloat.
I'll tell you my findings when I do
