Carbs are the biggest enemy to why your not lean and it’s the devil

I keep saying this but because it’s addictive like nicotine I keep eating it. But a clean carnivore diet mogs I even have deli meat on the diet. This morning I had 8 slices of chorizo salami, 4 slices of prosciutto and 6 slices of cheddar cheese. I felt amazing after since I also had regular cappuccino coffee at the same time.

But for dinner and lunch I have a range of other meats which includes fish
