Go on Keto Diet. If you achieve Ketosis you will be able to build muscle still.

Depends on how you define "bloat". If you consider intramuscular glycogen retention bloat, then yes. Otherwise no

Since the volume of muscles in face is small , would it mean that the water retention in face is not big ?

Water retention in your facial muscles always looks good. It's when the water retention is in your facial fat that you look hideous.

I get bloated from milk and bread/wheat in general

How could one explain this bloating ? Cortisol ?
Mornings I look like left z and after a training like right , I legitimately lose 2 points lmfao

Is this before you eat? If so, then it's normal to wake up bloated, after a night's sleep. How long does your bloating last?

Another factor is what you ate the night before. If it was a high-sodium meal, then this bloated face the next day is the result, especially when combined with normal sleep bloating.

I have the same problem, btw:

The problem is , that it will last whole day if I don't excercise or starve myself. And before I go to sleep I mostly eat some high carb hig fat shit like lasagna , I doubt that it's the sodium , because bas you can see , the difference is like literally life changing for me

Is keto diet worth it bro ? ESP considering that I need carbs for my training , on keto I feel like shit and weak

It's definitely a combination of the sodium and carbs, and you also probably have food allergies, like I do. I would suggest you get tested by a gastroenterologist. Start with that.

What should I say to him ? If I say that I'm concerned about bloating on my face , then it will sound dumb I think

I only did keto for literally a couple of days, and couldn't tolerate the fatigue and sense of deprivation. However, I read that those tend to fade as you continue on a keto diet. But I still couldn't see myself sustaining that kind of diet long-term. It's also likely unhealthy.
I would go on a permanent moderate-carb, moderate-fat, high protein diet. That's much more healthy and sustainable.

What kind of test would a gastro doctor do?
I have very strong bloating and unnatural amount of farting.

I asked him about this too , maybe it's just better to say that you feel bloating in the gut and the he can check if there's some underlying condition causing this , something like IBS Bloating

And also bro can you confirm that I look different in these pics ? Because I thought , maybe the whole bloating shit is just my imagination and BDD
First 2 pics are when I think I'm bloated
Last one are right after training

Bring those before-and-after pics with you to the gastroenterologist. Emphasize your health concerns about the bloating and persistent gas, not the cosmetic ones. This way, you'll sound legit and won't feel stupid.

When I went to a gastroenterologist in 2017, he performed an endoscopy (Google it), and several other tests, one of which consisted of blowing in a bag and having my breath tested. Not sure the names of these tests. But from them, I learned that I had a bacterial infection called 'H. Pylori'. I also found out that I had a cow's milk allergy.

No, it's most definitely not your imagination. I can tell you that, even without pictures. Bloating has, quite literally, ruined my sex and social life. I'm not exaggerating.

How did you treat the H Plyori?

Very very legit . I feel you brother , I have the feeling like I go from 6-6.5/10 to 4-3.5/10 immediately , and the worst part of this is , that it's not obvious what to do with bloating , since there could be billion underlying reasons , it's not as straightforward as losing fat or building muscles. Nonetheless thx for the recommendation of gastroenterology

Spot on. I've always said that they'll find a cure for death before they find one for bloating. It's enigmatic AF. I'm still looking for a solution after all these years.

And, yes, your SMV actually does drop several points within minutes when you bloat. In my case, I go from a solid 8 to a 4, or even lower. The difference is that dramatic. They should make a movie about this. I'm serious.

Maybe I will buy a facial roller soon, and roll my face with it for 30 minutes everyday

It could help de-puffing by giving more bloodflow and also draining water out of my face because it's a kind of lymphatic massage to your face after all.

I just need to find 30 minutes each day to do that

I actually just bought an electric microneedling pen ("Dr. Pen") a few days ago, but I didn't buy it to reduce or eliminate bloating. I don't think it'll work for that. I bought it to reduce or eliminate hyperpigmentation on my cheeks, which are like permanent stains on my face (of, like tattoos, if you will). Nothing else has been able to make them budge.
