I hate when people say this. If your body is not consuming your fat stores, then the next thing is muscle. The thing is a pound of muscle is only worth 700 calories, so you're telling me if I ate a 700 calorie deficit high carb diet for a month I would lose 30 pounds of muscle? Nope this concept is fake and gay.

Thats why you have to work out and get protien intake while youre on low carb you cant just sit and rot like a gross gamer fagot

Still don't get it, just lean bulk and eat potatoes for carbs and literally nothing else except potatoes and maybe one banana, other carbs are cope, potatoes turbo mega mog for weight lifting muscle explosiveness

Stupid statement, over eating carbs and being inactive will lead to fat gain

cutting on carbs is part of the optimal way to lose weight with excersise and high protien diet

Mogs for controlling hunger. I still get triggered when people say carbs block fat burning though because I don't have any other choice sometimes, but to eat carbs.
 
They don't. People who do monodiet only with good carbs lose weight and fat

I'm talking about being on a deficit while still consuming carbs. I eat only 1500 calories a day and take long walks.

what in the fuck are you talking about? Stop trying to reduce the metabolism and it's functions to a specific number. The body self regulates, for the most part, when it's in it's optimal state.

Eating carbs spikes insulin which blocks fat breakdown in favor of glucose. If you ate a high carb diet while on a deficit, you would eventually run out of glucose to use, and start burning fat.

It's only an issue if you have a bad pancreas. You need blood glucose to be at a certain level. If it gets too low, you can re supply it with food, but if you have no food, your body makes its own from either stored glycogen or fat, if you don't have any glycogen. This then triggers a release of insulin to regulate your body.

If you're a diabetic and your pancreas doesn't work, your blood sugar can get too low and you'll pass out, have a seizure and possibly die.
