I had a low carb diet and basically felt like sleeping the whole day. I had no energy and my mind couldnt focus.
I've done this low carb diet for some years and sure it helped me look 5 years younger, but it is really bad for performance.
I now switched to high carb diet and after 3 days I started feeling the motivation I had as a kid again. Carbs really help with being more NT too.
Also my face looks better when eating more carbs. Better skin etc. Maybe the effect is worse of after a longer time though.
After my deadlines Ill starr low carb again to lose weight and finally see the muscle I've built cus I've gained 15kg in thr past 2 years. I think half at least is muscle.
