Carbs help with depression

I had a low carb diet and basically felt like sleeping the whole day. I had no energy and my mind couldnt focus.
I've done this low carb diet for some years and sure it helped me look 5 years younger, but it is really bad for performance.
I now switched to high carb diet and after 3 days I started feeling the motivation I had as a kid again. Carbs really help with being more NT too.
Also my face looks better when eating more carbs. Better skin etc. Maybe the effect is worse of after a longer time though.

After my deadlines Ill starr low carb again to lose weight and finally see the muscle I've built cus I've gained 15kg in thr past 2 years. I think half at least is muscle.

Yeah because it increases cortisol and raises SHBH which lowers free testosterone.
You feel like shit on low carb.

I was thinking, it causes stress, but if you lower cortisol by simply taking Ashwagandha, doesnt that counter it? If you simply take electrolytes then you should be able to maintain low carb.

Any other users experience?

You will still have low free testosterone so feel like shit

If you delete carbs you can eat more fat. Also ashwagandha helps with T. Drinking Stinging nettle tea also lowers SHBG

I tried all that tbh but the only thing that made me feel better was eating carbs again
