So a lot of people say carbs are bad and evil and Jewish in general, some people say that's cope and you need carbs for energy, what's the actual take on carbs when leanmaxxing? I know you're supposed to eat high protein, but are carbs actually relevant? Why or why not?

Extremely important during fatloss, tap into the yo/keenan pill. They post lots of useful info on tiktok.

You can eat carbs and have a real succesful cut. You of course wanna eat less cause they are calorie packed plus apparently people are saying now it takes away from fat loss overtime but I never completely cut carbs when cutting and have been super lean natty in the past. But like the other poster said, alot of people back up cutting carbs completely and say it melts fat doing so. I would just eat less of them then usual but not completely remove.

If you cut carbs, youre often hungry and craving them, and have less energy on a cut. Apparently getting in ketosis counter acts this effect.

idk if this applies to everyone but i find carbs very sweet when i start eating them i cant stop and eventually eat 5k cals of donuts lol
(i do keto when i want fat loss)

Well, all sugars are carbohydrates by definition (glucose, fructose, sucrose, galactose, lactose, etc) and all carbohydrates break down into sugars in the body, so that makes a lot of sense, donuts are tasty anyway
