Cardio and steps

Why’d I even do 1h cardio and 20k steps if it isn’t going to make my weightloss faster I am on a 500 deficit n it takes 8months to lose 16kgs I weigh 76kgs and 175cm 15 should I keep doing them or stop it maintenance is like 3300 and most days 3000 so I js eat 2500
 
don’t stop. what weight are you trying to get to or bf%? 76kg is a solid weight for 175cm
