just run outside and walk lots+eat less.

None. Just eat less

Deficit via cardio vs less food is the same fucking shit just one is a pain in the fucking ass.

Well i do eat clean but I have some lower back problems right now and don't hit the gym anymore and I got abit chubby from staying at home alot

If you aren’t training in the gym don’t eat carbs, they are for fat asses. Carbs are only beneficial for training, insulin response etc.

And clean eating doesn’t matter if it’s a surplus. And eating like shit won’t matter if it’s in a deficit. It’s calories in v out.
