Is fasting for a few days a viable way of throwing off some weight? I've done it in the past but never seemed to work. What do yall think is better, fasting( not receiving proper nutrition) or to attempt and maintain a steady calorie deficit (takes longer but im supplied with proper nutrients). Alongside this, what are some OTC products I can purchase to help me lose weight.
