I’ve been so retarded last three months and started the male gaze cope bulking with no cardio at all. Now that I’m starting to do at least 1 hour of cardio a day I feel like a human again. Like I can finally breath better now, and it also seems my voice got deeper and I can speak better. NEVER neglect cardio, I’ve been there I thought cardio was ‘cope’. Every guy who went through this phase always regrets it and starts doing cardio again

Sustaining a cardio routine for longer than a month is legit impossible

for any user here that is skinny, do not listen to this
lift and bulk, cardio can be used later when ur normal weight

Im glad I left the bullshit redpill cope of going for strength only. Mfs are doing 1 rep maxes just to show off to other men jfl. I do cardio 5x a day snd am in the best shape of my life while staying lean. Mfs bulk up just to impress other men whike neglecting their health and attention from women lol

Just run and push through the pain to the point where it is easy. I listen to hard techno and it puts me in a trance so I don’t even think of the pain.
 
Cardio underrated, all the caveman gym morons always oppose it
I find it so offputting when talking to people and hearing how out of breath they are from just talking or walking, your heart is your most important muscle to train. Cardio can be boring, I have a Peloton and also play hockey.

Cardio is unavoidable.

1-You can bulk with a small surplus and not balloon up thanks to cardio
2-Endorphine release is good for mental health.
3- Helps with vascularity and keeps you younger.
4-Best way to debloat. I look shredded even in the face after 40 minutes of cardio at medium intensity

I hated it but now I do at least 1 hour and half per week.

damn i hated running in hs and i haven't done any sort of cardio in over a year now. maybe it's time to get back on it
