Cardio gives wonderful energy and IQ boost. Lifting sucks, but have to do it for looks while leanmaxing.

Lifting is superior. Cardio is for fatcels.
Try to do 5 supersets of weighted pull ups/dips 10-20 rep range, with 1.30 min rest. You will legit throw up.

Lifting prevents decrease of intelligence/dementia while aging because of the motor neurons.
