What do y’all think, Jewish propaganda?

Tldw- the human body evolved to keep calories no matter how much you move for survival. If you lose more calories the more you moved, then we’d die out, since we lost calories to hunt, and the food would only refill the calories we used for the hunt, keeping us still hungry.

Cardio is overrated but not useless. All you need to lose weight is eat at caloric deficit

Your argument is just autistic as fuck, no matter how efficient the body becomes you can never make your calorie consumption be 0 for any activity. It's literally impossible to not run 3 miles and not burn calories. Thus, making cardio still useful no matter what as it is the most time and effort efficient activity at burning calories.

Like the 1st time you run a mile on the treadmill you are gonna burn more calories than then 25th time you do it for obvious reasons:
-Increased heart rate.
-Your weight is gonna be probably higher, meaning it costs more energy to move yourself.
-Breathing is going to be all over the place.
-Etc. You get the point.

But also you are going to get better at it so to make your cardio challenging again you can:
-Run 2 miles instead of one.
-Do it faster.
-Swap the treadmill for the stairmaster or the static bike.
Its literally progressive overload but for cardio.

Cardio is king for burning calories as fast as possible with as little effort as possible and it will forever be. Wether or not you should be doing cardio depending on your training regimen is a completely different question.
