Coitus > swimming > elliptical > all that shit you mentioned it

Sprinting.
Why?
Sprinting has been proven to significantly increase testosterone levels and GH, particularly when performed in short, intense bursts with brief recovery intervals. The testosterone response stands out from the start to the end while sprinting, where levels remain elevated for hours and hours. Additionally, GH and testosterone is shown to be a good combo that works together, with testosterone improving the anabolic effects of GH by increasing insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) production. These together regulates protein synthesis, fat metabolism, muscle growth, (aka testorone levels),

and higher than average testosterone level doesn't improve you at all. :)

Sprinting, HIIT, whatever makes you sweat a lot. Don't overthink it, just do it. Once you're doing it regularly, you can focus on optimization.
