Both are horrible
You can be healthy on a vegan diet but you can't be healthy on a carnivore diet. A mixed diet is the best.

Not true, a vegan diet is perfectly balanced, just need to supplement B12, which is needed on the carnivore diet too.

A vegan diet does not cause malnutrition! You could do a basic google search and learn that a vegan diet has everything that humans need to live.
 
i will eat both, thyroid function is needed for your own good or you will get a heart attack and have fucking too bad headaches, i was eating 9 eggs a day for 3 months and this happened to me my blood sugar was high idk why and i had high cholesterol which is idk

Veganism doesn't work long term and not ev3ryone tolerates fiber that good
 
This study does not prove anything? The carnivore diet is still bad.
It disproves that cholesterol causes heart attacks which is the main basis of the whole carnivore causes heart attacks
