I always eat animal based, but yeah I was raw primal for quite a while, on and off for about 2 years with varying levels of adherence.weren't u on carnivore diet a while ago too
how much difference did it make or do u think it was mostly placebo
I think in terms of health, it’s great.
For example, if you have the most deathly sore throat, using his recipe to tame it, it’s gone, like instantly.
I still utilise primal baths fortnightly, but you do feel fatigued for 24 hours or so post.
I think largely that that, and other “diets” - though I do believe raw primal is the most natural diet - do put you in a position of bias and inclination to actually have it work out. @androgenic proved that the whole carb bloat thing is largely a myth, and since then, using that information and increasing my carbs at the expense of fat, I’ve been able to get stronger and facially leaner - so while primal and raw meat etc. are obviously more so in line with naturalistic living - they’re not conducive to looksmaxxing, as I said, eat natural to look natural - introduce a clever deployment of peptides, roids, dietary changes etc. and you’ll ascend.
