Also note that I'm not the one making an outrageous statement, it is not my responsibility to bring some validity to what I say, it's the other way around.
Unless you want to actually start citing scientific research let's stick to speaking with logic and common knowledge... vegetables offer a wide array of micronutrients and anti-oxidants that you cannot get from beef and fruits a lot, I mean yeah you can, but getting them in the correct quantities to meet your RDI is virtually impossible. I'm unsure what degree of retardness you have, I'm hoping you're more of an "animal-based/fruits and animal products" guy, which is less retarded than the alternative.
The main issues with these type of diets revolve around vitamin E and K1, although I'm sure majority of you struggle with a lot more micronutrients, you just don't know that because you don't track them, but E and K1 are the vitamins I see people with these types of diets usually struggle with.
Aside from making it easier to meet your nutritional requirements (specially useful when in a caloric deficit or when you're not trying to go fucking broke), vegetables also offer plenty of beneficial compounds for our health.
"BUT ANTI-NUTRIENTS!!" hey bozo, I'm not suggested you eat vegetables raw, ideally you would boil, steam, sauté them in fat, ferment or soak them to reduce anti-nutrient content and if you do that, they're completely safe to eat. But even if you don't... nobody struggles with anti-nutrients lol, I mean a small percentage of the population does have digestive issues sometimes, but that's again, a small percentage and to those people I saw once again, just fucking cook them.
