Why you should NEVER eat VEGETABLES

Yeah, cuz I realized people are way too stupid nowadays, and you can't fix them all. Also note that I'm not the one making an outrageous statement, it is not my responsibility to bring some validity to what I say, it's the other way around.

Unless you want to actually start citing scientific research let's stick to speaking with logic and common knowledge... vegetables offer a wide array of micronutrients and anti-oxidants that you cannot get from beef and fruits a lot, I mean yeah you can, but getting them in the correct quantities to meet your RDI is virtually impossible. I'm unsure what degree of retardness you have, I'm hoping you're more of an "animal-based/fruits and animal products" guy, which is less retarded than the alternative.

The main issues with these type of diets revolve around vitamin E and K1, although I'm sure majority of you struggle with a lot more micronutrients, you just don't know that because you don't track them, but E and K1 are the vitamins I see people with these types of diets usually struggle with.

Aside from making it easier to meet your nutritional requirements (specially useful when in a caloric deficit or when you're not trying to go fucking broke), vegetables also offer plenty of beneficial compounds for our health.

"BUT ANTI-NUTRIENTS!!" hey bozo, I'm not suggested you eat vegetables raw, ideally you would boil, steam, sauté them in fat, ferment or soak them to reduce anti-nutrient content and if you do that, they're completely safe to eat. But even if you don't... nobody struggles with anti-nutrients lol, I mean a small percentage of the population does have digestive issues sometimes, but that's again, a small percentage and to those people I saw once again, just fucking cook them.
and magnesium unless they are eating like 3500-4000 cals they probably dobt get enough magnesium aslo pottasium people forget that rda are just made for the average guy who wanna be somewhat healthy

You get all the nutrients you need in the right quantities with animal foods only. Cooking (heat) = destroying, and creating carcinogenic compounds.

Put it into chrometer you wont get eventhe rda unless you eat a shitload of liver which is toxic

I mean basic sense if you go and see like the countries with the longest lifespan

They mostly eat dairy (not that im supporting it it can cause hypercalcemia and impair other vitamins absorbtion but when paired with foods high in magnesium and k2 it get balanced out)
Also why do Carnivores act like Natto doesnt exist that shit is like the highest food in vitamin K2
Leafy greens Nuts and some herbs fish with limited Meat they dont eat meat daily (cause meat typicaly spike Mtor the highest thus creating more cell division leo longevity talk about it but basicaly you have a limited ammount of divisionin your lifespan and then you perish that why a 160 cm 50 kg asian men make it to 100 year old and some american look like they are gonna die tommorow at 50-60)

It is thought that the vitamin E requirement is lower for people that don't consume as much PUFA as the average person.


With 300 g of fish, 10 chicken eggs, some dairy and some meat, you could get 10-20 mg of Vitamin E.

Not sustainable on a Deficit
You could literraly eat 95% Carnivore and add a couple almonds and your good (which is realisticaly what we probably ate before) i dont know why people are obssed with Carnivore

No human in nature would go around searching for nuts unless they were starved. Nuts in nature are more often than not highly toxic and deadly. Sweet almonds contain phytic acid, oxalates, tannins and enzyme inhibitors and were only found in the Middle East and South Asia. Commercial almonds can have contaminants which could be carcinogenic. All of this for some vit E and magnesium that you can cover with animal foods only? Doesn't seem worthy to me.
