Yea that shit is pseudoscience just do a balanced diet with fats, carbs and protein. 50% protein, 30% carb and 20% fat. Fiber and probiotics are important. I would avoid high sugar drinks and candy etc.

It seems as though carbohydrates are only conductive to thyroid function due to their insulinemic response. BCAA consumption should be enough to replicate this while on a carnivore diet
About working out, if you're talking about hypothyroid, see my above comment. If you mean carb in general providing glycogen, yes, workouts should be suboptimal while on ketogenic diets.

i mean one dude who preaches basically only raw meat said that through ketosis you literally cant do cardio like how do you seriously do just meat, i honestly cant imagine eating 7g of carbs a day and being vegan is stupid because the pesticides, amount of animals killed, carbon emissions etc to get your fucking tofu is so much more damaging than just buying from your local butcher, so if you want to help the environment and animals being vegan isnt it

Paul Saladino did indeed move to the animal based diet. However,
1. It was not because of "carb intolerance"
2. It was likely due to electrolyte problems, a thiamine deficiency, or another problem he would have been able to fix while remaining a carnivore

The only real attack you had on carnivore here was that it's expensive and that some people may get electrolyte imbalances(which can be resolved). That's a bit better than being a low-t, O3 deficient skinnyfatcel.
