If you're doing the carnivore diet unironically in 2025 you’ve completely fried your brain from too many Joe Rogan clips and TikTok pseudoscience. You're not a wolf. You're not a Mongolian warlord. You're a guy with clogged arteries, chronic constipation, and a credit card bill from buying 14 pounds of grass-fed beef every week like it’s going to solve your life.
You cut out fiber. You cut out all plant nutrients. You cut out carbs. And you think you're becoming some ultra test maxxing sigma male. No. What you're doing is wrecking your gut microbiome, killing your digestion, tanking your vitamin C intake and turning your toilet into a medieval torture device. The only people who need to be carnivore are people with severe autoimmune diseases and even they don’t stick with it long-term. You think you're going to outsmart every nutritionist and actual medical researcher because you follow an ex-bodybuilder on Instagram with zero credentials.
Look at the facts. Fiber literally feeds your gut bacteria. Without it your digestion gets worse. Not better. The only reason some of you feel good in the first 2 weeks is because you stopped eating processed trash. But try living like that for 6 months. You’ll be back here crying about fatigue, brain fog and how you haven’t had a normal shit in weeks. Also you’re not getting vitamin C. Liver has some, sure. But you’re not eating raw liver daily. You’re eating ribeye and hoping your teeth don’t fall out.
Let’s not forget about diabetes. Carnivore clowns love to flex that they’ve “cured” their blood sugar problems by cutting all carbs, but what they really did was sidestep the issue. You didn’t fix your metabolism, you just nuked every source of glucose and called it a win. Then your body stopped being able to handle carbs at all. Congrats, you gave yourself carb intolerance.
That’s why so many of these meatheads started sneaking honey into their diets. They realized living off steak alone made them feel like garbage. Zero carbs tanked their energy, wrecked their thyroid, destroyed their workouts, and left them cold, weak, and foggy.
