Starting off, you remove all refined sugar, all seed oils and eat starch, fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, eggs
After the first stage you move onto the paul saladino fiet
Later on, you remove the starches and vegetables for there plant toxins and indigestable fiber consume only honey, fruit, meat, dairy, eggs
After a few weeks/months of that
You remove honey, eat fruit and the animal shit
Then you move onto the very important stage, whete I’m currently at:
Low carb fruits and animal products to minimize sugar as much as possible
Tomatoes, pepper (no seeds), cucumber, lemons, limes, avocados and animal stuff
Then after, we will (yes me too because I havent reached this stage yet)
Remove each fruit until you reach either avocado or lemon/lime. Then thats it. Finished. You remove all plant based bullshit and continue eating carnivore
From the carnivore to slowly adapt to raw, just cook your egg whites bc raw egg whites r poison, they got avidin. And eat egg yolks raw (currently doing this) and eat rare/blue red meat. Im still doing research on dairy consumption whether its harmful or optimal. But yeah this is a practical guide
