Running it right now after having traveled for school & eaten like utter shit the past few months & getting visibly more aesthetic every other day. Key is to run for month maximum & eat mainly bone marrow + organ meats + low mercury fish. then cooking w olive & coconut oil to minimize any damage to heart.
