this sounds autistic but i want better colouring and i need to get my carotene in somehow but carrots are genuinely fucking disgusting i cant eat them at all, any tips? Havent found any supplements and im gonna be running mt2 eventually but i wanna try this before mt2.

Beta-carotene is the most common. You can also try lycopene which adds a reddish hue. You usually take beta-carotene with lycopene to balance out the tones.

i have tmj and im getting appliances put in my mouth very soon to fix my problems so i cant do that rn, and i was talking about raw carrots. i love them in stews n shit but i cba to make carrot stew/soup.

yah mine isnt painful but its really problematic. And idk cooked carrots sort of just taste like soft boiled potatoes or those little green beans they put in various stews,doesnt really have a taste in my opinion.

I plan crazy skin coloring transformation bro, you can do same as I do 40mg beta-carotene + 40mg lutein, 10-20mg lycopene every day. This should give you really nice tan. I start at monday when my supps arrive. Check out this post for results, thats where I got inspiration
