started noticing changes into my first month, i can get away with 40mg of beta-carotene because i dont smoke keep that in mind

best option is to calculate which product gives you the most value, also no there are multiple months apart, beta-carotene is a orange pigment while lutein is yellow just imagine the results, if you ever wanted more yellow you can add zeaxanthin and if you wanted more red add astaxanthin
