CASTOR OIL on DARK RINGS under EYES ?

I apply this already on my eyebrows each morning and evening

Can this oil replace Retin A for skin routine if i already eat enough vitamin A with natural carotene or supplements ?

I readed that this oil (rich in vitamin E BTW) can stimulate the natural collagen production in the appliance zone

I will begin a Collagen supplement routine too BTW
