Im early-mid 15 rn and my entire life I've had a really shitty diet.

Lately I've switched to a diet that covers every macro and vitamin and everything else I need, my question is if that switch is gonna make a big difference in my development since I kinda do have a recessed maxilla.

My old diet was literally just noodles, candy and goyslop.

lmao too late, its so over:feelswhy: i switched my diet around not too long ago, maybe 6 months when i was late 13, and it still wont change much
 
Idk if 6 months are enough to see a change, how bad was ur diet before and what is it rn?
my diet before was mainly goyslop and veggies, maybe one good meal a week, now i eat large amounts of animal product every night, i also think it kickstarted my puberty because since then i have grown taller and more masculine(not saying much to be fair i looked like a woman before) but i doubt it will really help you if your past puberty

Tf bro im early 15 no where near end of puberty, also I do have like almost no dimorphism and i had a way worse diet than you, i literally just ate noodles for lunch and dinner and cake for breakfast (i got a bmi of 19 so im not fat btw)
 
it doesnt matter bro, you may ascend from it, you may not, but do it anyway its healthy

id suggest just eat one big meal a day, steak, eggs, or other red meat, then you can eat fruit or even low amounts of goyslop the rest of the day honestly, id suggest just eat naturally and if you really want slop drink a coke or smth, low amounts of candy is fine, NEVER, and i mean NEVER eat maccas or kfc or whatever, NEVER eat it.

Nigga get mse to expand your palate ASAP before its too late, Also keep eating well not gaming all night so you dont waste inches of your height

Ye my current diet is 5 days at a time(repeats)

A normal day is 1l full fat milk 10 eggs, 2 oranges,200g potatoes or rice, 300g minced pork

And 2/5 days i switch the pork with 150g of lamb liver and 150g of chicken heart

steak is good to put in bro, but pork is good if you want to gain weight, its great but you need more meat tbh, i have 600g of meat ED and some days 10 eggs, also potato and rice lmao, cut that shit out

gaming all night is fine on weekends and holidays when you dont miss out on sleep bro
 
Puberty sometimes does wonders. But it’s best if you switch over to ur good diet now even if it’s a bit too late. It’s good to have a good diet because you might be eating noodles until 50 if u don’t switch now

I mean it hits every vitamin and is my maintenance kcal so why would i eat more meat

You should never get braces on developement, it may make your bone growth downgrown since it holds the teeth in a specific position, just say fuck to your smile during puberty, after that you care about it

research this yourself, they arent worth eating its just straight up filler, just cut them out and replace it with meat
And i already get like 150 grams of protein from this diet so more meat will just be Overkill and i wouldn't enjoy the diet tbh, rn its cheap and enjoyable and makes me able to hold it forever

just get rid of the rice and potato's bro, replace them with literally anything else, LITERALLY anything, it could be fucking goyslop and it would be better if its at a low amount

Im eating the potatoes together with 150g of chicken hearts and 150g of lamb liver
just dont eat them, just fucking cut them out, or replace them with more food thats worth the space it takes up, beef, lamb, chicken, organs like intestines are cheap af
