Facial fat is highly correlated to visceral fat, this makes sense since they're both highly vascular in contrast to other fat depots.

Why does breakfast skipping influence visceral fat? A: Because insulin sensitivity is higher during day-time, where calories are less likely to be stored as fat. Insulin AUC in response to calories is also higher during day than during night.

In the study breakfast eaters had a ratio of 8.7% visceral fat, while breakfast skipped had a ratio of 12.6%. That's 44% higher. In general breakfast skippers had 69% more visceral fat. Assuming this study is well made, that's absolutely ridiculous, in general losing weight reduces visceral fat less than subcutaneous fat, so you'd be looking at at least losing 50% of your fat mass to achieve the same reduction in visceral fat that breakfast eaters have(eaters have 30% less which translates to skippers having 44% more).
Personally I notice massive bloat from eating like a pig at night the next morning. I read somewhere that there's only a few grams of fat in the face, so even small changes have big effects.
So eating breakfast and skipping dinner might lead to == lean face.
Also anything that is digested quickly is probably == fat face. Fiber, protein slow digestion. Ideal staple food is probably lentils having the perfect proportions.
After searching pubmed the follow nutrients are confirmed to reduce visceral fat:
Soluble fiber(very strong), Niacin(very strong), Manganese(decent animal results), Vitamin B5(strong animal results).
Potential supplements : Flavanoids, ECGC, Chromium, Vitamin D, Metformin(very strong, Berberine(very strong), Garlic.
YES THIS THREAD IS COPE FOR MY BLOATED FACE. ENJOY.
TL;DR eat fuck-ton of fiber, eat a big breakfast, do HIIT, skip eating after dark.

Facial fat and its relationship to abdominal fat: a marker for insulin resistance?
Reports of relationships between measures of insulin sensitivity and measures of body fat and fat distribution suggest that abdominal fat accumulation…
What influences visceral fat?Reports of relationships between measures of insulin sensitivity and measures of body fat and fat distribution suggest that abdominal fat accumulation is a predictor of insulin resistance. It has been previously suggested that facial fat (primarily in the cheeks and neck) is strongly associated with visceral abdominal fat accumulation. The facial fat is a rich vascular region, that seems to be metabolically active and resembles abdominal white adipose tissue. We, therefore, hypothesize that facial fat could be a good predictor of insulin resistance. Whether facial fat can be used as an accurate marker for insulin resistance remains to be determined.

Association of Breakfast Skipping With Visceral Fat and Insulin Indices in Overweight Latino Youth
Few studies have investigated the relationship between breakfast consumption and specific adiposity or insulin dynamics measures in children. The goal of this study is to determine whether breakfast consumption is associated with adiposity, specifically ...
