apparently yes he does, also he has a long-ish philtrum. His mandible is still insane and like top 3%. There are very few dudes who have perfect mandible ratios.

Although from the front cavills jaw looks perfect, only from the side the mandibular vertical height appears too short and chin length also slightly too short.
