This is big lifefuel for me cuz my chin was truecel tier .Sadly I unintentionally deleted my old pics,but my chin projection is way better now but still recessed

yeah being recessed is cope unless its severe (which orthodontist will give you surgery for anyway) I've seen ppl on tiktok who are recessed who mog hard its all about harmony

another problem with diagnosing recession is 99% of people aren't lean. if you aren't really lean, your face could be very different and you got no idea.

I changed my diet .I eat about 4 eggs a day and one liter of milk every day so that helped for sure but I think it was mostly puberty
