To begin moving your jaws counterclockwise, do the following exercise.
Lie down or sit down and place a support under your elbow, press your thumb on the point marked in the picture.
Press with all your strength on this point for 1 hour (the longer the better), do this without stopping every day.
You may feel intense tension in your chewing muscles, facial cranium, and so on. This is completely normal; your jaw has begun to shift position, so these sensations are normal.
Within 1 month, you'll notice significant results. Continue this until you're happy with the results.
