Ccw for better gonial angle and straighter ramus

Here is Ryan gosling with his subhuman ramus and gojial angle

Now here is Brad Pitt Chad ramus and flat gonial

As you can see Pitt has a much better ramus and gomial now let's say gosling got ccw rotation surgery could he achieve a similar jaw to Pitt ( my jaw mogs gosling but still not Pitt tier)
Also have you noticed that a big ramus and flat finial useaully correlates with a wide jaw look how much wider Pitts jaw is

talk to a surgeon about the gonial angle decrease that comes with ccw rotation but its fairly small from what I understand, not gosling to pitt but an improvement for sure

Youd need a chin wing after thr ccw bimax.. b/c pitts and goslings mid thirds are diff lengths as well..

ccw will only make a few degree change(dangerous to do too much because pressure on tmj will be changed whem chewing).

But chin wing can do much more.. however.. its a cosmetic change only .. although who cares anyway

Pitts gonial angle isnt flat tho (if you meant flat like closer to a 90 degree angle) his gonial angle is 128 if i remember correctly

Yup.. not only does it do thaf but it can be split @ the chin to let it increase bigonial width, chin width, ontop of ramus lengtheming, gonial angle dec and chin projection.
