Last thread I posted got 5k views and people liked however with further research I discovered a few things that contradict past statements so this is an update....
Opening 1. I want to start by putting a few things out there before I further explain things and I will start off talking about bone smashing its common belief that bone sashing follows wolf law and if anyone mentions wolfs law in regards to bs just DNR its complete nonsense it simply works by you get the "pump" from bs and the tissue is scared over time in that area somewhat like a filler that makes your bones appear larger.
Meat and Poateos 2. In my past thread I talk allot about how to improve mandible projection, ccw rotation, and posture however even like justting and bs it only fixes surface level problem which is the recession however bad posture is actually a good thing it helps your airway open so forcing your posture and jutting works against this the only real way to fix is by jaw surgery don't think of it a cosmetic and atheistic purposes but like you would get surgery on a limb if it was messed up this wont just improve jaw and ascetics but it will improve life quality because you are not properly devolved.
