ONLY way for ccw rotation naturally is orthodontics from ages 9 to 14 because then your facial sutures are open and i't can push your maxilla upwards slightly ( your cooked bahi after 15 u need surgery)

Mewing is ultra cope after 15 because your tongue has a force of 0.1 to 0.2 kg of pressure in newtons ( you need roughly 3x more) so its physiacly impossible

surgery only way and orthodontics if your problems are fixable
