For this to work you would need to bring all you front teeth up which wouldn't be practical and would most likely mess up your bite.

Firstly messing with your bite would just give you a massive underbite that would just lead to more problems and also even if you wanted to go through with it no ortho would allow it if your bite isn't the problem.
I completly understand that but the thing is you can't do it to yourself, an ortho will have to and noone in the right mind will ever do that. Also if your Maxilla is fine i dont see how you could have downward growth.

my ortho has offerd anything ive asked for i was pretty stupid and asked for a herbst for no reason when i first met them and they agreed i havent even had any orthodntics yet and ive changed my mind about the herbst because i dont want to elongate my face even more
Then you probably just have a short ramus which is completly genetic. I'd recommend looking at old childhood photos to see if your ramus was alsways like this. If it was then all you can do is surgery.

Yea it would have to be applied after split has been achieved and you may get a mm or 2 of forward growth cause your young but don't expect anything special.
