Is ccw rotation commonly performed by most maxfac surgeons ? How much could one ascend with ccw if downswung ?

I will have a Lefort 1 with impaction and ccw in a while. I guess that might Increase my psl it all depends on your current facial situation. If it's you in your photo I don't see a problem with the jawbone, you just have a long face (I could be wrong)

Yes true, i was hoping that some upwards rotation could give me a more compact midface
