Celal candirli vs mehmet comert (bimax soon)

Hi guys. I've been trying to get bimax for a while and I'm one of those people that truly needs it (sfs; recessed maxilla). I just had inline consults today with both surgeons in the title.

Mehmet sounded great. Was very personal, sounded very intrigued by my specific case. Told me my various options, different prices and results and all that. Very friendly and wanted to help in any way possible with questions or concerns. He ultimately ended up saying this would be the plan:
Maxilla downgraft (bone grafts from hip)
Maxilla expansion
Maxilla progression
bsso of mandible to match
implants: chin, midface, cheekbones
chin: either implants or sliding genio for asymmetry once i have ct scans for better planning
lip lift and nose job in the future after accessing the healed face

Candirli didn't seem to care too much. Was very conchalant about everything. Said my jaw line is very strong as is so we probably dont need implants at all, because once we fix my maxilla my mid face will have more fullness and my nasolabial creases and stuff will go away. Overall it wasn't nearly as endearing (no homo) as my meeting with comert. He didn't seem to really care much.
His plan:

sliding genioplasty for chin asymmetry
nose width reduction at same time, no lip lift

I liked comert better and he also is a lot cheaper than candirli. However, I hear a lot of good words about candirli online, he seems to have a great reputation. However, my gut is pushing me towards Comert. Would be interested to hear what others have to say.

Here's my stupid face so you jackasses give me free bumps by criticizing it:
(I can posture it so the sfs isnt as noticeable; in this position my teeth aren't actually closed; there's over a half inch opening between my top and bottom teeth)

Any comparisons to mike israetil will be reported to the authorities; that is the one line i ask not to be crossed

i too have mild sfs and would be doing the exact same as you minus the implants, how much would they charge you for bimax?

i was thinking about ramieri he would be around 15k euros and Giant would be around 25K USD

i was told around 12,000-16,000 usd with comert, candirli didnt really say anything but im oretty sure he's pricier. I'm expecting comert's price to go up a little bit from there though, once i get my scans sent in. either way i don't think it will be much more than 20,000 usd, which is a great deal

how would they be expanding your maxilla? through sarpe?
