Doing this with a local surgeon who I trust and this is the plan so far:
- Maxilla: 4mm advancement
- Mandible: 4.5mm advancement
- No ccw rotation due to jaw being flat and ideal already
From what I know I am recessed about 12mm in the mandible so this clearly doesn't fully fix my recession. Surgeon said that since they can't do any ccw rotation, this is the furthest they can bring my jaws forward based on my anatomy. He said we could add the genio and this is where I need help determining if I should do a forward and downward genio and how many mm for the best results.
I have the full virtual planning for the surgery as well.
