They mix it up between pec flys and bench, but acting like Chad is just there hammering out squats and deadlifts is stupid. The big Chaddy dudes I saw with muscles just used cable machines, thats just my experience man.

Chads diet was steak while mine was a bowl of pasta, its no wonder I never got anywhere

deadlifts don’t really do much for aesthetics but aside from that compound movements are the foundation of any good physique. And I don’t just mean the big 3 I mean pull ups, rows, dips, shoulder press, etc

Just because you encounter hedonistic beachbody Chads and not aspiring athlete Chads doesn't mean being a weakling in the gym is therefore justified

It depends what their goal is tbh, if they want brain damage from American football or rugby then I guess they bulk and do these joint breaking exercises. If they want to look good its cables
