14 to 18 are the most important years to develop social skills.
So focus on putting yourself in situations that are socially uncomfortable as much as you can, it'll teach you to feel at ease anywhere and with anyone.
Don't get too hung up on scoring, many guys only finish puberty after age 18.

For what concerns looksmaxxing:
  • Sleep 8hr+ a night.
  • Eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, lean meat (chicken).
  • Sports (possibly no bodybuilding, focus on swimming, team sports or combat sports - stay away from marathon running)
  • Start learning about basic skincare (in short: cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen are all you need unless you have specific things to fix like acne).
  • Start learning about basic haircare (how often do you need to shampoo - most people only really need to shampoo 1 or 2 times a week. what conditioner you need. how you can style your hair. what products you need for your hair. how to combat hair loss, if you need to, and what to look out for if you're afraid it may be starting).
  • Start learning about basic fashion (what colours go well together, what style fits you better, what to wear in what occasion, how to find quality clothes).

Do these and leave the forum till you're 18 or 19, seriously don't stay on this forum it will do more bad for you than anything else at your age because your face will change in the next few years and you will fuck up your brain.

Eat lots of protein and try to eat healthy
Don't drink alcohol, smoke cigs
Work out your neck if it's not as wide as your jaw
Get a skincare routine
Find the best hairstyle
Do more social things
Style yourself
Take vitamins such as vitamin d3, vitamin k2, take them with a fatty meal everyday
Learn how to mew (most likely cope but at your age just do it)

That's about it also very important always drink lots of water and the first 4 are very very important

Just research what to do one by one. I suggest starting at testosterone optimization but there are literally a thousand things you can be doing at that age. nobody can list them all.
 
Work out, eat clean, have Hobbys, spend time with friends and try to connect with new ppl. Social skills are vedy important and you will be way more liked if you are well connected. Starting to work out at 15 is also cool. And last but most importantly, leave this forum, it will make you an incel wich will kill everything for you

Maybe extremely low estradiol (talking <5 pg/mL or undetectable) could make your brain more susceptible to oxidative insult and excitotoxicity. And perhaps fucked up lipids from having estradiol could leave you more susceptible to a stroke (you are young and won't get a stroke, but you might get some arterial plaque jfl). It's simply not really a problem like jewtubers claim it is.

Generally just high doses of pure test, it will convert to DHT on its own, something to control estrogen so you don't prematurely close growth plates, perhaps some topical fin to not go bald if you have that unfortunate situation to deal with.

And if ur made of money HGH. If not try some secretagogues.

I know MPMD has video on how to grow dick with steroids during puberty.

But really man, just test for dimorphism, and then train shoulder and back like your life depends on it, during puberty you skeleton is still malleable, plastic. Training back and shoulders will physically widen your skeleton.

I generally agree but you should definitely not skip vegetables.

Milk is especially important, yes, but not everyone can digest it easily and it can trigger acne especially in hormonally unstable kids, since many countries have piss-poor food health guidelines and they pump cows with growth hormones that make their milk a concoction of hormone-altering substances.

Nothing wrong with oats.

Red meat should be consumed sparingly, regardless of what "based" "natural" jewish youtube redpill dieticians tell you.
