It's still mainly men in leading positions in medicine / the hospital, despite more women studying it. At least from my experience. Might be different in other countries

Any lucrative field WILL attract the best genetics. The Chads you will meet in Engineering , Medicine ,law or STEM aren't your average run of the mill loud jock Chads.
