I’m a skinny fat slob, imma dedicate myself to reach 12% bodyfat and most importantly get rid of the fat pad on my dick

If you wonder why my friend just put me on with a big booty latina, it’s not ideal I know but I can’t go 3 months celibate and I need this fat pad off. I will hit the gym and cut .

I generally gain .1 NBPEL for every inch I lose off my waist. Jelly of people who can get down to like .2, but because of genetics I'd have to be like 5% to reduce it that much.

Almond milk is estrogenic processed not real food 0 bioavailability garbage. If you can't drink real milk then there's nothing you can do about it; move on. Don't cope with fake milk.

Maybe you can handle raw milk but not pasturized milk (a lot of people can only drink raw milk but not pasteurized milk)

how about water????? And why do you need protein powder? Can't you get enough protein from your diet? You can easily get one gram of protein per pound bodyweight without protein powder!

When I'm cutting, I just mix water with my whey protein powder.
I find that I have less digestive issues when I use water over milk anyways.
Unsweetened almond milk is a low calorie alternative to milk. But it has a low protein to calorie ratio (1g protein, 30 cal per 250ml). I'd rather drink skim milk (9g protein, 90 cal per 250ml) tbh. 3x the calories. But 9x the protein.

Do you actually have muscle to cut to? If not, you're going to Auschwitz-maxx. You call yourself skinny fat so I'm assuming you don't have any muscle to cut to.
Here are the results of my cut from last year. I used to be 168.2 lbs back in February 6 2022, fat and sedentary. Double-chin. I had no muscle and did a 40 lb cut. So I had no real muscle to cut to. I should have maybe stopped cutting a lot sooner and switched to a bulk sooner. This is why leanmaxxing is a meme. There's no point in cutting down to 12% body fat if you don't have muscles.
Before: 136.91 lbs 7-day avg August 30 2022
After: 128.26 lbs 7-day avg September 29 2022

I think you should reconsider cancelling your bulk unless you're legit fat.

This is what I look like now after bulking up to 141.06 lbs (+12.91 lbs) in 127 days (18.2 weeks) and a 7-day mini-cut (-1.74 lbs) to trim some of the excess body fat. 139.31 lbs 7-day avg. My ab definition is not as good as it used to be. It's inevitable that you're going to gain some body fat during a bulk. But for attracting the female gaze I think I'm better off at 139 lbs than 128 lbs. All the negative feedback I get from women is that I'm skinny/scrawny and short. Women care more about musculature than leanness and "hollow cheeks."

Tbh bro idk how easily it can be done . I have like 900 monthly that I have not including what I put into my savings account

I could buy protien instead of fast food 100% but im not too familiar with prices and stuff. I know I’d have to eat an ungodly amount of protein each day to make my macros tho

It’s mostly for the fat pad on my dick though not for my actual body. If it was only my body I’d for sure be bulking no doubt

You don't need more than 1.8g protein per kg of body weight (that's about 0.816g per lb of body weight). The commonly cited 1g of protein per lb of body weight is just easier to say. If you eat 0.816g per lb of body weight, you'll be eating 19.4% less protein. And this will end up saving you lots of money as protein-heavy foods, especially lean protein, is the most expensive.

Here in Canada I pay $33.87 CAD after tax for a 2lb tub of whey protein isolate powder with 84.84% purity. That's about 770 grams of protein. About 4.4c/g of protein.

If you're lucky, maybe chicken breast is a cheaper source of protein. And you might be able to get canned tuna on sale. But lean sources of protein are usually expensive. Egg whites, cod, 0% milk fat no sugar added Greek Yogurt.

I've always heard that recomping (building muscle and losing body fat at calorie maintenance) was a meme. And I've heard that building muscle on a cut is especially difficult. Even for a novice bodybuilder.

Yet there are still dudes online who swear by recomping and building muscle mass on a cut if you're a novice lifter.

I don't think it's really possible to build much muscle without a calorie surplus. Otherwise bodybuilders wouldn't autistically keep switching between bulk and cut cycles.

Some idiot on a natty body building forum was telling me that I should have recomped at maintenance for 6 months after I cut down to 128 lbs. If I did that, I'd probably just be spinning my wheels with little gains to show for 6 months of blowing my money on whey protein powder and investing countless hours at the gym. I decided instead to try bulking up +2% body weight/month so that my body is actually in an anabolic state. I can always just cut later. Cutting is easier than putting on muscle.

It is what it is. I have to make the best of the cards I'm dealt. I can't change my height unless I get leg-lengthening surgery. And I'm afraid to do that surgery. So I tried to ascend by leanmaxxing. It got me laid now and then with what PSL would consider low-quality Beckys at best. And now I'm trying to musclemaxx. If bulking doesn't work out for me, I can always just cut back down. I used to be a fat, sedentary 168.2 lb rotter who didn't lift and lost 40 lbs in less than 8 months.
