(schizo rant kinda)
unconsciously, your mind remembers and processes everything you've done in life to shape you into the person you are today. think of our most common method of consumerism in modern times. the internet.
the internet is very significant in everything humans partake in this era. you might not admit it but your screen times are likely very high. this means that you are consuming different forms of media online every single day.
but how does this influence me? every video, picture, and audio you open your eyes and ears to witness, it is constantly influencing you. (you being the average person without knowledge of any of this stuff whatsoever.)
let's say you listen to music about being sad, depressed, heartbroken, etc... etc...
you will then, in turn become depressed, have low energy and low motivation.
now for video content? let's say you watch fight videos, violence, gore, global news...
result is you being angry, stressed, afraid, and paranoid.
same thing goes for any other kind of behaviours. your reality is based off of what you perceive. a great example of the negative impacts of evil/negative influences is Solomon Henderson. a self hating chronically online racist coon turned school sh**ter is not born, but is created. look at the things he was posting. none of the content he indulged in was good for him (or anyone else).
change up your algorithms and the things you watch/listen to and watch your mindset and worldview change. I highly suggest a detox from online media. for at least a month. try it. see how it goes. the results may surprise you
