The muscles that connect my neck with my chin are getting too big and I am starting to develop double chin like if I was a fatass
Can I only train lateral side and back flexions?
It looks like curls are just redundant (for aesthetics), however I am noticing a muscle is not getting activated (yellow section highlighted)

Is that perhaps activated by back flexions? Or lateral flexions? it just does not look clear to me
