Just asked Chat GPT free version about bimax and what Results it will give me according to surgeon choosen, plans and movements done, ramus widening and so on

Then it asked me to send my X Rays and just one selfie photo of my side profile to make a simulation

Results far expected any hope I previously had, very realistic like a 3D software planning from Ramieri or Pags

you can tell it to add these movements, add CCW rotation and bonegrafts, PEEK implants, lip lift

Just tell it precisely what you want done to your face, like conservative, infra malar high set cheekbones implants whith more anterior projection and you can morph your face into a realistic hardmaxx result

You must detail everything you want like 7mm sliding Genio with 5 mm added chin height, BSSO 13 mm, LF.1 3.5 mm impaction with maxilla downgrafting and bonegrafts , 3 D custom plates usage, use Ramieri or Pagnoni 's results as I will likely choose these surgeons,

Same thing for Implants you choose and the mm , anterior projection or width, conservative or giant implant size, the more you détail, the more realistic your hardmaxx simulation will be

Also adding X RAY cephalometric is a must

Ive done one and at best it was alright. definitely not the tool you want
