So you see all these poverty meals and their recipes being posted. Now these are good except for 2 things
1. Only do it if you have a fixed routine and can prepare food for an entire week/month. Buying in bulk and storage is important to keep things cheap, so you need a fridge too.
2. Make sure you eat enough macros and include whole foods too, even if some are a bit more on the expensive side. No point eating beans, lentils, rice and chicken only. Veggies and fruits are good in moderation, small portions.
Most of all, dont do this shit if you dont have the capacity to cook large batches or your schedule is incredibly random, such as a travelling job. It doesnt matter since you are wasting time and time is more important than money
