So fucking cheap and easy. Put minox foam on your brows. While your finger is still wet from the foam, but not too wet, you put it on your eyelid. You don't have to actually get it on your lashes!
Maybe? This is definitely not medical advice. It doesn't get in your actual eye. It's not going to bridge the gap between your eyelid and your eyeball. And if it gets in your bloodstream, how's that any different from oral minox? My thinking is that just because it's close to your eye doesn't mean it has anything to do with your eye.
