Just had a cheat day in my diet for the first time in ages.
I know for a fact it won't affect my fat loss progression, as I've calculated that during my week, I'll still be in a deficit.
However I'm not looking forward to the bloat due to water retention and glycogen in the next coupla days.
Anyways I could flush them out of my system quicker?
Cardio, dandelion root, shit ton of water, anything else?
Going as Alladin for Halloween in 10 days, where I'll be bare chested. Don't think the effects of today will still be present right?
